Reliance Care Medical Centre is seeking Consultant Psychiatrists to join a rapidly expanding Mental Health Service across inpatient and community settings in Western Victoria.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrists who is committed to providing accessible Psychiatrist Services, while also working with a diverse caseload across NDIS, Work Cover, TAC, Private Health Insurance, Correctional Centre Patients, and DVA clients under industry-standard fee structures.

Specialties of Interest

We welcome interest from Psychiatrists with experience in:

- Addiction Psychiatry

- Geriatric Psychiatry

- Forensic Psychiatry

- Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry

- General Adult Psychiatry

- Older Age Psychiatry

International Applicants Encouraged

We strongly encourage applications from:

- IMG Specialists with substantial comparability

- UK-trained Psychiatrists (CCST/CCT holders)

If you hold a UK CCST or CCT in Psychiatry, you may be eligible for the RANZCP Expedited Specialist Pathway, providing a streamlined route to specialist recognition and consultant practice in Australia.

About You

You will have:

- Fellowship of RANZCP (or equivalent)

- Eligibility for AHPRA registration

- Experience managing complex mental health presentations

- Strong communication and collaborative skills

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Leadership or service development experience

- Teaching, training, or supervision experience

- Involvement in research or quality improvement
