Own your calendar, backed by real admin support
You get genuine autonomy over how your day and week are structured — booking your own appointments around your caseload and preferences. And you're never doing it alone: our admin team handles intake, bookings, reminders, billing, forms, service agreements and diary assistance, so you focus on clients, learning, clinical notes and rebooking.

Your start and ongoing support
We introduce clients gradually over your first four weeks, helping you learn our systems, clinical documentation, NDIS work and diary management. This is your initial caseload and target ramp, with flexibility and extra help where needed. Clinical support continues well beyond those first four weeks.

We understand everyone learns at a different pace and has their own learning style — so supervision is tailored to your needs, not a one-size-fits-all schedule. Choose weekly,



fortnightly or monthly check-ins with our Lead OT and other experienced clinicians, and get hands-on shadowing sessions with our owners.

We also know the start of your OT journey can be exciting but daunting, so we hold regular catch-ups and debrief sessions to make sure you always feel supported, not just supervised.
Our Head of Occupational Therapy provides paid supervision and caseload reviews, weekly or fortnightly depending on your experience and support needs. Our five OTs and a broader team of around 20 clinicians across OT, psychology and positive behaviour support are available for day-to-day questions.

FCA training begins when you start. Your $2,500 external professional-development allowance becomes available after six-month probation, and paid study time for suitable courses is available by agreement.

Your caseload
Start with a mixed paediatric and adult caseload across NDIS and private clients. As you discover the work you enjoy, we'll build your caseload towards those interests — including ongoing therapy, capacity-building, Functional Capacity Assessments, reports and recommendations, across clinic, home, school, telehealth and community settings.
FCAs are part of the role, but previous experience isn't required — we provide training, templates, examples and clinical guidance. You can also develop skills in assistive technology and Home & Living.

Salary, flexibility and benefits

- New graduates generally commence at $80,000 plus super; early-career clinicians can earn up to $95,000 plus super depending on experience and clinical capability

How your day works
Full-time hours are 9:00 am–5:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid break (37.5 paid hours/week). Once established, the target is five billable hours a day, averaged over the month — sessions, reports, billable calls, case conferences and billable cancellations count in full; travel counts half. Monthly targets reduce for leave, public holidays and approved PD, and are pro rata for part-time.

After your first four weeks, an uncapped bonus pays $45 plus super for every hour above your adjusted monthly target, calculated and paid monthly. Exceeding target is optional.

You'll need AHPRA OT registration or eligibility before commencing, a Working with Children Check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one), a driver's licence and reliable vehicle, and appropriate Australian working rights. Sponsorship may be considered for an exceptional applicant.
