About the Role
We’re looking for two enthusiastic and organised Mobilisation Officers to join our team!
- 1 x Full-time, permanent position
- 1 x Fixed-term position to cover maternity leave

These roles are ideal for someone with mobilisation, training or site administration experience who enjoys working with people, managing competing priorities and making sure our employees are ready to get to site.
Working closely with our operational teams, you’ll play an significant role in coordinating employee mobilisation, maintaining training and compliance records, and helping ensure our workforce meets client and site requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help keep our people moving and our mobilisation processes running smoothly, including:
- Coordinating and booking employee inductions with BMA, Glencore, Anglo and other clients as required.
- Maintaining accurate employee training and competency records.
- Updating and monitoring client systems to ensure employee compliance.
- Coordinating Coal Board Medical bookings.
- Monitoring upcoming qualification and competency expiries and scheduling required training.
- Managing training compliance requirements and maintaining the division’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Working closely with operational teams to support mobilisation requirements and meet deadlines.
- Following up outstanding documentation,
training and compliance items to keep things moving.
About You
You’re someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with others and knows the importance of getting the details right.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in mobilisation, training coordination or a similar administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records.
- Clear communication and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently while being a supportive and reliable team player.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in being part of a fun, energetic and growing team.
