APG Workforce is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join Inghams at their busy food manufacturing and distribution facility in Truganina.

If you have High Reach forklift experience and previous chiller/cold storage experience, we want to hear from you!

The Role
As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock within a busy chiller and cold storage warehouse environment.
Duties will include:

- Operating a High Reach forklift
- Moving and storing pallets and stock
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Stock put-away and replenishment
- Working within a chiller/cold storage environment
- General warehouse duties when required
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Following food safety and site hygiene requirements
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Shift Details

- Day Shift: 4:00am–2:00pm
- 10-hour shifts
- 4 days per week




- Rotating roster
- Weekend work may be required
- Located in Truganina, VIC

About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Previous High Reach forklift experience
- Chiller/cold storage experience – essential
- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Reliable transport to Truganina
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced warehouse setting
- Strong work ethic and a reliable attitude
