They’re looking for a motivated, reliable Tile Labourer ready to take the next step in their tiling career, someone who’ll work hands-on alongside the crew, build real capability in tiling, waterproofing and screeding, and help deliver work the team can be proud of.

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm. Home for dinner, weekends free

THE ROLE

A practical, hands-on role supporting experienced tilers. You’ll help prepare each job properly, assist with accurate installations and keep the work moving safely and efficiently.

• Prepare and clean work areas, then mix mortar, adhesives and grout as required

• Measure, cut and shape tiles under guidance,



assisting with accurate layout and placement

• Support tiling, waterproofing and screeding work

• Care for tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptly

• Maintain a tidy, safe site and provide general labouring support across the team

ABOUT YOU

You’ve already gained practical experience in tiling, construction or another hands-on work workplace. You’re dependable, physically capable and ready to contribute while continuing to learn.

We’re open to experienced tile labourers, tiling trade assistants and advanced apprentices.

• Practical experience in tiling, construction or physical labour

• Confidence using tools, following instructions and working safely with close attention to detail

• A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, current driver’s licence and White Card
