Two permanent Account Executive opportunities are available within an established SME broking team in Perth. Manage your own portfolio with strong leadership, dedicated support and genuine career progression.

Who will you be working with?
You’ll be joining a high-performing SME team led by an experienced Team Leader, alongside a group of brokers who are passionate about delivering great outcomes for their clients. The team is growing and is supported by dedicated offshore processing resources, allowing you to focus on broking, client relationships and portfolio growth.

What will you be doing?

- Manage an established SME portfolio from start to finish
- Manageable $260k–$280k portfolio with growth potential
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage renewals, endorsements, servicing and general account management
- Assist with new business opportunities and portfolio growth
- Negotiate with insurers to secure appropriate outcomes for clients
- Maintain a high level of service across a busy and varied portfolio

What do you need?





- Tier 1 qualification preferred, or relevant broking experience
- Experience servicing SME or commercial clients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence managing a portfolio with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach and genuine commitment to client service
