We’re hiring TWO Full-Time Front of House Supervisors!

- 1 Supervisor – Brighton Le Sands

- 1 Supervisor – Castle Hill

Hurricanes Grill is famous for our world-class ribs, steaks, big flavours and even bigger hospitality. We’re looking for experienced Front of House Supervisors who can lead a team, look after our guests and bring great energy to every shift.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and motivating a team of 15–40 hospitality team members.

- Coaching, mentoring and training staff.

- Making sure our guests receive exceptional service.

- Helping the restaurant run smoothly during busy services.

- Supporting the management team with daily operations.

- Handling guest feedback and helping resolve issues.

- Maintaining strong WHS and compliance standards.

- Jumping in and helping wherever you're needed!

What We're Looking For:

You’ll have:

- At least 2 years' experience in restaurant supervision or a similar hospitality leadership role.

- Experience leading and motivating a team.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

- An outgoing, friendly and positive personality.

- Good food and wine knowledge.





- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- An understanding of WHS and hospitality compliance.

- A current RSA.

The Details:

You’ll need to be available to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays where required.

You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa with unrestricted full-time work rights in Australia.
