Our clinic in Newtown is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity based in our MRI Suite. The role involves working Monday to Thursday. Training will initially be conducted between 8:30am - 5:30pm, after which standard hours will be 2:00pm – 10:00pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.

- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.

- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.

- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
