Foundation Labour Hire is currently seeking reliable and hands-on Trades Assistants for ongoing work with a busy manufacturing client based in Arundel.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants consistent Monday to Friday hours.

You will assist trades and production teams with a variety of tasks, including:

- General trades assistance and labouring
- Assisting with assembly and fabrication
- Cutting, measuring and preparing materials
- Using hand and power tools
- Moving and handling materials
- Maintaining a clean and protected work area
- Supporting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks

We are looking for people who are:

- Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment




- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Experienced using hand and power tools
- Previous construction, manufacturing or fabrication experience is highly regarded

BONUS: Experience cutting and/or welding aluminium will be highly regarded.
