ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team in Perth, WA. Whether you are seeking casual, part-time, or full-time hours, we have flexible arrangements to suit the right candidate. You will be working in a professional, welcoming barbershop environment where quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, and styling services to clients

- Perform beard trims, shaves, and grooming treatments

- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional recommendations

- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming work area at all times

- Build and maintain strong relationships with a loyal client base

- Keep up to date with current barbering trends and techniques

- Handle bookings and client inquiries in a professional manner

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven experience as a qualified Barber

- Minimum of 3 years of professional barbering experience is required





- Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification (preferred)

- Strong proficiency in a range of cuts including fades, scissor cuts, and traditional barbering techniques

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation

- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy salon environment
