- Temporary Full-Time Opportunity – 35 hours per week

- Attractive salary ranging from $1,166.30 - $1,337.850 per week.

The Opportunity

Provide essential administration support to Early Childhood Education and Care team at Gwydir Day Care & Preschool. You'll work alongside a dedicated team, connect with families and staff and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our centre.

About You

We’re looking for an organised, reliable and approachable Administration Officer with strong communication and attention to detail. You’ll be confident managing competing priorities, use sound judgement, maintain confidentiality, and provide qualified administrative support to our team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:





- Certificate III in Business Administration and/or relevant work experience in an administrative role.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, take direction, and work effectively as part of a team.

- Experience in banking, receipting, purchasing, inventory and account management.

- High professionalism, confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.

Desirable Criteria

- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificate (Current).

- A current Class C Drivers Licence (NSW).

Required Clearances and Checks:

- Pre-employment medical, which may include drug and alcohol testing

- National Criminal History Check

- Working with Children Check
