You will take over as the Managing Partner/CEO 100% responsible for the day to day operations of the business but with the backing of an experienced partner you can use as a sounding board as needed. As the Managing Partner you will receive a base salary plus your profit share.

About you
- Experience as a senior accountant/manager with a 2nd or mid tier firm
- Experience managing a portfolio of their own clients
- Be a tax agent or capable of being registered
- Able to stand on their own two feet technically
- Outstanding communication skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and motivation
