About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced candidates for a range of civil construction and trade-based roles. Successful applicants will contribute to the delivery of key projects including roadworks, earthworks, drainage systems, structural works, and major infrastructure developments.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of concrete work experience to be considered for this position.

South West candidates encouraged to apply - this is NOT a FIFO role.

We Are Recruiting for Civil Construction Workers with Experience as:

- Concrete Workers

- Concrete Patchers

Key Responsibilities





- Carry out civil construction or trade-specific duties safely and efficiently

- Concrete repairs and patching utilising specialist grouts and repair products

- Crack injection (epoxy/polyurethane)

- Surface preparation (grinding, sandblasting, hydro-demolition)

- Application of protective coatings and sealants

- Formwork and minor concreting works

- Use of hand and power tools

- Following safety procedures and site instructions

- Work as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes

- Maintain a solid commitment to safety and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

- Experience in concrete repair / remediation

- Civil construction industry experience

- Construction White Card (required)

- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (advantageous)

- C Class driver’s licence

- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

- Commitment to workplace safety

- Australian citizenship is required for this position
