Who are we looking for

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment/Industrial Relations or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience in a senior People & Culture Business Partner position, supporting complex and diverse business portfolios.

- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary people practices.

- The ability to analyse complex situations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.

About the Role

As Director, People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across New South Wales & ACT and a diverse corporate portfolio primarily of Property and Facilities Management.

Acting as a trusted people advisor, you will provide expert guidance on a broad range of People & Culture matters while helping leaders build engaged, high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders across the Sydney business to provide practical, day to day HR support and advice.

- Act as the first point of contact for managers and a coach on employee relations, performance management, engagement and people related matters.

- Support recruitment activities,



workforce planning and onboarding across your portfolio.

- Provide clear and commercially focused advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.

- Build solid relationships with stakeholders across New South Wales and ACT.

- Manage transition of employees from other organisations including Transfers of Business
