The position

You are one of the first people a customer speaks to, and you own that customer through to the day they collect their vehicle.

- Understand before you recommend.

- Own the pipeline. Follow up properly. Nothing goes cold because you forgot

- Convert quotes to bookings. Help the right people across the line.

- Own the experience. First enquiry through to handover.



The customer should feel the same standard at every point.

About you

- Naturally warm and well spoken. People relax around you. You are easy to talk to on the phone and in person.

- Customer experience is your instinct, not your training. You care how the person feels, not just whether the deal is closed.

- You perform as part of a team. No lone wolves. The outcome matters more than the credit.

- Genuine interest in 4WDs, diesel and mechanical work. You do not need to be a mechanic. You do need to actually care about this.

- Consultative sales background. Ideally automotive, outdoor adventure 4x4, caravan, vehicle sales, or another medium-to-high-ticket environment where the sale is a conversation, not a transaction.

- Computer savvy. CRM, quoting, email, notes, you keep your own house in order without being chased.

- Coachable. You take feedback well, act on it, and enjoy learning. The product & process knowledge here is deep and you will be learning for years.

- Eligibility. Current Australian driver's licence, full Australian working rights, full-time availability.

Not for you if…

- You need commission pressure to perform, or you want a role where volume beats quality.

- You prefer to lead with a pitch rather than a question.

- You want to be left alone. This role sits close to the workshop, the team and the customer.

- Cars, 4WDs and how they drive hold no real interest for you. The customers will know.
