Category 5 Labour Management is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join a well-established workshop team in Henderson, working across industrial and defence projects.

This role requires proven experience with high-performance protective coating systems, including airless, conventional and plural-component spray applications.

About the Role You will be responsible for:

- Applying high-spec industrial protective coatings
- Airless and conventional spray application
- Operating plural-component spray equipment
- Preparing and applying coatings to required specifications
- Achieving required coating thickness, finish and quality standards
- Following workplace safety, quality and compliance procedures

What We're Looking For To be considered, you will need:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter / Protective Coatings Applicator
- Strong airless spray experience
- Robust conventional spray experience
- Demonstrated plural-component spray equipment experience
- Experience applying high-specification protective coating systems
- Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements
- Ability to complete a practical competency assessment if required
- Ability to complete online and onsite inductions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen





Required Tickets & Licences
- Working Safely at Heights within 2 years
- Confined Space Entry within 2 years
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Minimum C Class Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance

Experience within defence, marine, mining, oil & gas, heavy industrial or fabrication environments will be highly regarded.
Continued employment will be subject to meeting the required safety, quality and performance standards during the probationary period.
