The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:

- Have a solid passion for early childhood education
- Develop and deliver an educational program that fosters children?s interests and stimulates their passion for learning
- Establish and maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that provide a wide range of resources and materials which children can utilise to develop individual and group projects
- Understand the expectations of Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards and the current Regulations




- Maintain children?s individual observations, assessments and learning plans
- Build and maintain positive and respectful relationships with families and children
- Mentor other Educators as part of the leadership team

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Education
- VIT Registered Teacher
