About the role

Full-time Sales & Customer Support Representative based in Port Kembla, working Tuesday to Saturday. The role will focus on proactive sales and customer development throughout the week, while also providing customer service coverage on Saturdays alongside their normal sales responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

- Proactively contacting existing, inactive and prospective customers

- Identifying cross-selling and account-growth opportunities across food and beverage

- Following up quotes, samples, pricing enquiries and recent products

- Reactivating customers who have reduced or stopped ordering

- Supporting the food and beverage sales team with customer follow-up

- Maintaining accurate customer notes, opportunities and follow-up dates

- Handling customer calls, urgent orders, shortages and delivery issues on Saturdays





- Working with drivers and warehouse staff to resolve customer issues

- Recording and escalating issues when required

About you

- Confident speaking with customers

- Comfortable making outbound calls

- Organised and reliable

- Commercially minded

- Able to work Saturdays as part of normal roster

- Comfortable working towards clear sales and customer-service targets

- Experience in hospitality, wholesale, food and beverage, customer service or sales would be beneficial but is not essential
