- Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
- End Date: 6 months from start date
- Hours/day:8 hours / 40 hours a week
- Pay Rate: $61.84 - $75.00/hour

Key accountabilities of the role:

A Business Analyst is required to review the Salesforce business platform and associated processes supporting licensing and compliance services.

Overview

- Consult with staff to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse existing systems, structures, processes and procedures.
- Develop and embed improvements that increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.




- Recommend practical solutions that make effective use of organisational resources.
- Assist with the design and configuration of Salesforce and Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Develop appropriate user permissions and access controls to support privacy, data integrity and cybersecurity.
- Ensure proposed solutions align or integrate with existing departmental software wherever practical.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, Salesforce and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Regional applicants are preferred.
