You will operate a range of concrete cutting, drilling and specialist equipment across construction sites throughout Perth and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable and confident working both independently and as part of a team. You will need to communicate professionally with clients, builders and site supervisors and be able to complete work safely and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Road and floor sawing
- Hand and ring sawing
- Wall sawing
- Core drilling
- Concrete chainsawing
- Wire sawing
- Concrete splitting and bursting
- Pile cropping using specialist equipment
- Other specialist concrete cutting and controlled demolition works
About you
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience in concrete cutting
- Competency operating concrete cutting and drilling equipment
- Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements
- Construction White Card
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Experience with more technical or specialist concrete cutting methods highly regarded
- High Risk Work Licences, EWP tickets and other relevant construction tickets an advantage
