Rural Group is looking for experienced Agricultural Machinery Salespeople to join our high-performing teams across Cobram, Shepparton and Echuca.

This is more than a sales role - it's about building genuine relationships, understanding your customers' businesses, and helping them invest in machinery that drives their success.

You'll work with some of the industry's leading equipment, connect with farmers across the region, and become a trusted advisor they rely on season after season.

The Opportunity:

- Develop and maintain excellent long-term customer relationships and generate strong machinery sales for both new and used machinery.

- Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers.

- Predicting sales requirements and working with current trends.

- Ordering equipment, monitoring pricing/programs and forecasting.





- Compile stock appraisals with pictures and load onto shared drive

- Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings

About you:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural sector.

- Strong knowledge of agricultural industry, equipment and solutions.

- Possess a current drivers’ licence.

- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.

- Sales orientated with an understanding of the importance in customer service.

- Commitment to seeing the process through from inquiry to sale.

- Willing to continually expand your knowledge of farm machinery and the agricultural industry.
