Who are we?

Tuga Pastries is a second-generation bakery that has been in Sydney for over 35 years making the best pastries, but most famously known for our amazing Portuguese Tarts. We currently have 3 locations, and we are thrilled to be bringing our energy to Sydney Airport (our 4th location!), with the CBD joining us next. Very exciting times ahead!

Now, we’re building a team of high-energy Front of House staff who can keep travellers fed, moving, and smiling.

What you’ll do:

· Welcome customers: Provide genuine hospitality and create excellent guest experiences.

· Keep service upbeat and efficient: Take orders, run food, and keep the flow going; especially during those early morning airport rushes!

· Maintain a clean, organized workflow: Support the broader team and work closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless service.





· Share your knowledge: Provide confident menu knowledge to our guests.

· Bring your personality; we love humans, not robots!

What you bring:

· Solid FOH or F&B; experience (1+ years minimum), ideally in an airport or high-volume venue.

· Strong communication skills and a calm, positive vibe under pressure.

· Reliability and pride in your work.

· Availability for early starts and weekend shifts. (Note: Access to a vehicle is highly recommended for early shifts before trains operate at times).

· The ability to obtain a Landside Terminal Identification
