The Role

- This is a fast-paced, "in the zone" sales role where you will:

- Manage warm inbound and outbound leads (no cold calling!).

- Build instant rapport and uncover customer needs.

- Present tailored solutions and confidently close sales.





- Crush daily and monthly targets while maintaining high CRM standards.

Shift Requirements (Please Read)
To set you up for success, our onboarding follows a specific structure:

- Weeks 1–2 (Training): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

- Week 3 onwards (for approx. 2–3 months): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Evening Shift).

Skills & Experience Required

- We hire for attitude and train for skill. While sales experience is a plus, it isn't essential if you possess:

- You can talk to anyone and handle negotiations with ease.

- You hate losing more than you love winning.
