We're looking for an experienced People & Capability Business Partner to join our team. You'll partner with leaders across a diverse and evolving operational environment, providing strategic and hands-on people support. You'll play an important role in building leadership capability, supporting positive employee experiences, driving people initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement. Working within a collaborative matrix structure, you'll bring a thoughtful and practical approach to balancing business, contract and client priorities while helping leaders create positive, inclusive and high-performing teams.
As a People & Capability Business Partner in the People & Capability team, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Partnering with leaders to build capability, confidence and inclusive people leadership practices
- Coaching managers through employee relations matters, grievances and performance conversations
- Supporting people initiatives, projects and organisational change activities
- Analysing workforce trends and people insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver thoughtful, integrated people solutions
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and business outcomes

- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience within complex, operational environments
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence supporting a range of workplace matters
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence and build capability in leaders at all levels

- A warm, approachable and team-focused working style with strong relationship-building skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience delivering people projects and initiatives
