As Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and beverage knowledge. Working within a fast-paced and vibrant environment, you’ll craft high-quality drinks, engage with guests, and contribute to creating an energetic and memorable atmosphere. This hands-on role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional and memorable experiences with every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beverages, and bar service in line with venue standards

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences through engaging and professional interactions

- Maintain a strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits

- Ensure the bar is consistently clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service periods





- Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house, kitchen, and events teams to ensure seamless operations

- Manage guest enquiries and feedback professionally and efficiently

- Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and bar preparation procedures

- Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-shift procedures

- Ensure compliance with RSA, OH&S;, and food safety standards at all times

- Support conferences, functions, and special events as required while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere

We’re looking for individuals who:

- Previous experience as a Bartender within a premium hospitality, restaurant, bar, or hotel setting

- Strong cocktail, beverage, and service knowledge

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to create genuine connections with guests

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and service standards

- Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude

- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Current Victorian RSA certificate
