About the role
We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our growing team, based out of Kirrawee. This is a predominantly residential role covering installation, service and maintenance work - from basic split systems and ducted units through to higher-end VRV systems - with some commercial work mixed in. You'll be working alongside a small, professional crew who take pride in doing the job properly, not cutting corners.

Must have
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Refrigerant handling licence
- A strong residential installation background - from VRV/VRF through to ducted and split systems
- Previous Daikin experience preferred
- Transparent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- A reliable, professional approach and real pride in quality workmanship
- A current driver's licence
- A current White Card
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
