Synergie Australia is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Receptionist for on-call assignments with our valued client in Wacol, QLD.

The important parts:

- Pay: $40 per hour + Super
- Hours: As required, based on client needs
- Location: Wacol, QLD
- Start date: Be able to start immediately (on call role)
- Attire: Corporate attire at all times.
- Candidates with a recently completed Police Check will be highly regarded

What you will be required to do:

As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional workplace environment.

- Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
- Greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and contractors
- Providing exceptional front-of-house customer service
- Daily replenishment of coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, and kitchen supplies
- Managing deliveries and ensuring fridges and pantry areas remain stocked
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintaining kitchenettes and communal areas, including wiping benches and replenishing paper hand towels
- Supporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

To be successful in the role you will:

- Have previous experience in Reception, Concierge, Administration, Customer Service, or Hospitality
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Present professionally with a polished corporate appearance
- Have a friendly, approachable, and service-focused attitude
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be adaptable and comfortable working in different environments when required
- Hold a current Police Check, or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
- Candidates with a recently completed Police Check will be highly regarded
