Salary Range

Base salary: $77,000–$95,000 + super and other entitlements, with performance bonuses providing potential cash earnings of approximately $97,000–$105,000 per annum (excluding super and other entitlements).

Technical Team Lead – IT Support & Operations, Margaret River and South West WA

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical service delivery with team coordination, customer engagement, quoting, workflow management and business development. You will work closely with the Managing Director while continuing to provide high-quality technical support and project services.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

· demonstrated IT support and systems administration experience;

· strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;

· experience across computer systems, networks and communications;

· experience leading or supporting technical staff;

· strong customer service and relationship-management skills;

· the ability to manage competing priorities;

· experience preparing quotations and technical recommendations;

· knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments and networking; and

· a practical, accountable and solutions-focused approach.

The role

You will:

· provide onsite and remote technical support and project work;

· install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and networks;

· diagnose and resolve complex technical issues;

· coordinate daily workflow and priorities across the technical team;

· support technicians to achieve productivity, quality and customer service expectations;

· build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers;

· prepare quotations and recommend appropriate technology solutions;

· identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and support business growth;

· oversee workflow, job documentation and progression to invoicing;

· monitor technician timesheets and billable hours;

· coordinate suppliers, purchasing and inventory; and

· promote accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent industry experience are expected. Microsoft, networking, cyber security and related certifications will be highly regarded.
