Step by Step Interventions is seeking an experienced Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) who is also an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about improving quality of life through evidence-based assessment, skill development, Positive Behaviour Support and meaningful capacity-building interventions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while collaborating with psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and Allied Health Assistants to help clients achieve greater independence, participation and wellbeing.

The Role

As a Certified Behaviour Analyst, you will:

- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments

- Develop and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans

- Deliver capacity-building supports that improve independence and quality of life

- Design and oversee skill acquisition programs

- Support emotional regulation, communication, daily living and social skills development

- Provide coaching and training to families, carers and support teams

- Complete NDIS reports, assessment summaries and behaviour support documentation





- Collaborate closely with psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists and Allied Health Assistants

- Develop intervention programs and provide clinical guidance to Allied Health Assistants delivering supports under your supervision

- Participate in regular supervision, peer review and professional development opportunities

- Is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA)

- Is an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner

- Is confident working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Values evidence-based practice and ethical service delivery

- Is confident building relationships with families, carers and support networks

- Is passionate about improving quality of life and achieving meaningful outcomes

Essential Requirements

- Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) qualification

- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration

- Working With Children Check

- National Police Check

- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
