About the role

Frankston RSL Sub-Branch is seeking recruits to join our Bar & Gaming Department to continue our quality delivery of service to our members, community and recent patrons and give them the best experience that we can offer.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver superior customer service and ensure all members and customers have a positive experience whilst visiting the venue

- Work in a team environment by contributing to team culture and communicating well with all fellow staff, departments and management

- Provide Bar, TAB & Gaming Service

- Handle cash, process payments and payouts

- Perform basic troubleshooting of gaming machines

- Ensure compliance and safety including explaining rules and regulations where required

- Practice and promote responsible gaming

- Maintain the gaming and bar areas by keeping them clean, stocked and organised

- Be supportive of all various promotional activities conducted throughout the RSL

About you

- Have experience in a high-volume pub/club

- Be TAB, RSG and RSA accredited





- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills

- Have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with all departments within the venue

- Have a passion for the gaming, bar and hospitality industry

- Have a hands-on approach and flexibility with your roster to suit peak times

- Be able to work across a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts

- Be punctual and reliable

- Must be an Australian citizen with full working rights
