Working closesly with the Owner and Site Manager, we are seeking a Gym Sales Manager that is dedicated and passionate towards the Fitness Industry.
This isnt just a Sales Job however your effort would be mainly sales focused.
All Sorts Wyong is a Family Friendly gym which is located on site at the Wyong Milk Factory.
The Central Coast is a very competitive space for Gym's currently however we do offer a different culture and decor in comparison to the other Gym's available.
We appeal to a variety of fitness attendees with services such as Group Fitness Classes, Creche/Child Minding and 24/7 Access Gym Facility.
The position has been listed as Full Time, we are open to a Hybrid role with the majority of time spent on site with some hours spent working from home.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience working within a Gym Environment
- Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Fitness Preferred but not essential
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in a Sales based role
Tasks & responsibilities
- Rostering of Gym Staff
- Managing of Group Fitness Timetable
- Working along side Competent and Decicated Creche Manager
- Managing of Gym Staff Performance
- Ensuring Cleaning Contractor is meeting set expectations
- Ensuring Gym Equipment is Working as per Purpose and maintained
- Conducting Membership Promotions to further grow Gym Membership
- Managing of Social Media Profiles
- Conducting and organsing target sales programs
