Key responsibilities
- Work in a busy commercial kitchen
- Prepare Asian and Asian Fusion cuisine
- Execute wok cooking with strong technical skills
- Handle fast-paced service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Support the kitchen team during service
About you
- Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
- Experience with Asian or Asian Fusion cuisine
- Strong wok cooking skills are highly preferred
- Ability to handle quick-paced service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Genuine passion for cooking and food
- Reliable,
organised and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
