About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Tracing to own field deployment and tracing strategy across our Australian field operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take a large, complex stock portfolio and turn it into a clear, workable operational plan.
It's not administration. It's judgment, collaboration & ownership of a function that is critical to our success.
What You'll Own
- Prioritise files by urgency, value, workability and return potential — and back your calls with clear rationale
- Lead the Australian Support team, giving practical, real-time operational direction
- Partner closely with the Collections Leadership team to stay aligned to the bigger picture
- Report clearly on workload and the rationale behind your decisions
What We're Looking For
- Someone who can prioritise decisively across competing, high stakes demands
- Strong analytical instincts — you read data and trends, and act on them
- Experience leading teams across multiple, geographically dispersed locations
- In depth understanding of collections processes & tools
- Sharp organisational skills and genuine attention to detail
- The confidence to explain and defend your decisions to senior stakeholders
- Grit — the ability to hold the line on what needs to happen, even under pressure
