The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, Café Managers and Assistant Café Managers will oversee the day-to-day operations of their venue, leading from the front and setting the standard for service and team performance. These are hands-on roles suited to confident operators who thrive in a fast-paced café environment.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and motivating café teams to deliver outstanding service
- Managing daily operations including rosters, sales, and stock control
- Training, mentoring, and developing team members




- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
- Supporting business performance through solid systems and communication

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Café Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of café operations, coffee, and food service
- Proven ability to lead, train, and engage teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused leadership style
