About the Role
As a Family Support Case Manager, you’ll work closely with vulnerable families to strengthen relationships, reduce risk, and improve wellbeing. Your role will include:
- Advocacy and case management
- Supporting families at risk of entering the child protection system
- Developing parenting skills and connecting families to essential services
- Conducting risk assessments and safety planning
- Collaborating with Child Safety and community agencies

What You’ll Need
- Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology (or related field)
- Experience in case management with vulnerable families
- Understanding of domestic and family violence impacts
- Current QLD Blue Card and Driver’s Licence
