Neuro Junction is a private multidisciplinary allied health clinic. We are seeking an occupational therapist to join our team to work in the community and at the clinic. Neuro Junction has been established for 20 years and is a friendly but professional team of occupational therapists and physiotherapists who enjoy a work/life balance on the beautiful Gold and Tweed Coasts.

The successful applicant will be a motivated OT who sees the opportunity for flexibility and growth within our establishment. We are passionate about the health of our clients and offer a team approach to therapy. We encourage staff development and specialisation to improve areas of expertise.

About the role

- Excellent remuneration including iphone, superannuation and professional development package.

- 4 days will be considered for the right applicant if experienced in the field

- No weekend, public holiday or evening work

- Responsibilities in this role cover a diverse range of clinical areas including working with NDIS, DVA, Support At Home, Insured and private clients.

- Includes community rehab, equipment prescription,



home modification assessment, functional capacity assessments in areas including geriatrics, disability and neurology

- Ongoing weekly staff development with support from OTs with over 20 years of clinical experience

- Cloud based online patient management system that is user friendly

- Supportive admin staff

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

- community OT including experience with NDIS clients

- home modifications

- upper limb rehab including splinting/casting experience

- mental health OT

Essential criteria:

- Degree level qualifications in Occupational Therapy

- AHPRA registration

- Commitment to ongoing professional development, quality service and evidence based practice

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Flexible and positive approach to work

- Own car and current drivers license

- We are looking for someone who can provide a high level of clinical care to patients and has a focus on client satisfaction
