About the Role

At Sodexo, no two days (or portfolios) are the same.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and support high-volume recruitment across a range of operational portfolios. As business priorities evolve, you'll have the opportunity to move between portfolios, projects and recruitment campaigns, giving you exposure to different parts of the business and helping you build a well-rounded TA career.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly, and sees recruitment as more than just filling jobs. We want someone who gets excited about solving workforce challenges, building talent pipelines, and partnering with leaders to make great hiring decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Juggling a busy portfolio of roles without dropping the ball

- Building talent pools before the hiring manager realises they need them

- Partnering with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges, not just fill vacancies

- Having 20+ candidate conversations every week and quickly spotting the people who'll thrive at Sodexo

- Running assessment centres and meeting candidates face-to-face

- Hunting for talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and a bit of recruiter detective work

- Managing onboarding, compliance and mobilisation so candidates are ready to hit the ground running

- Looking for ways to improve how we recruit, because "we've always done it this way" isn't really our style

- Using recruitment data and market insights to influence decisions and challenge thinking when needed

- Creating an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to mobilisation

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Sourcing

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Can adapt as priorities and portfolios change





- Build solid relationships with stakeholders and candidates

- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do

- Are naturally curious and love learning new things

- See recruitment as a strategic function, not just a transactional process
