APS4 Participant Support Officer
We are seeking APS4 Participant Support Officers to join our client in a busy, participant-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration, communication and stakeholder engagement skills who enjoys making a positive difference.
The Role
As an APS4 Participant Support Officer, you will work within a collaborative team to manage participant-related enquiries, administrative tasks and allocated workflows. This role is initally a 6 month temp contract with a view to extension.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing allocated workloads and competing priorities.
- Conducting desktop reviews and accurately entering information into relevant systems.
- Making outbound calls to participants, providers and other stakeholders.
- Responding to enquiries and providing transparent and professional advice.
- Managing and resolving moderately complex participant matters.
- Reviewing information and applying relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Escalating complex matters to senior team members when required.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Supporting research, analysis, reporting and process improvement activities.
- Working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
