This role will play a key part in developing the Adelaide River Water Allocation Plan, the NT’s first wetseason water allocation plan.
As the Water Engagement Officer, you will drive the water planning team’s stakeholder engagement program and help improve public understanding of water management across diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities

You will support consultation activities for the Adelaide River Water Allocation Plan and contribute to culturally informed engagement approaches that strengthen understanding, participation and collaboration in water planning across the Northern Territory.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have strong knowledge and experience delivering stakeholder engagement activities aligned with IAP2 principles, together with a sound understanding of cross-cultural engagement in the Northern Territory. You will bring well-developed analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex issues.
