Are you an experienced and passionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapist looking to lead, innovate and make a lasting impact on the lives of consumers across our region?

Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a dynamic, motivated and visionary Senior Clinician Physiotherapist – Pelvic Health & Continence to join our specialist multidisciplinary team within the Sub-Acute Specialist Continence Clinic. This senior role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver expert continence and pelvic health services while shaping the future direction of pelvic health care across our organisation and region. As a senior clinician, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment, education and consultancy services for consumers experiencing continence and pelvic floor dysfunction across the lifespan. You will deliver high-quality outpatient services while supporting and mentoring clinicians with less experience in pelvic health and continence management.

This role requires exceptional clinical expertise, strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for improving pelvic health outcomes through evidence-based practice. You will work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, connected and person-centred care. Our vision is to develop a Pelvic Health and Continence Physiotherapy service that sets the benchmark across the state, and we are looking for the right person to help us achieve this.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- A Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Postgraduate qualifications in Continence and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
- Extensive clinical experience in pelvic health and continence physiotherapy.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and education skills.
- Excellent communication,



stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and person-centred care.
