About the role

You'll join pta Consulting Group's learning team, building custom eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Rise. We're looking for experienced eLearning developers who combine strong technical capability with a valuable eye for design, creating learning experiences that people actually engage with.

Key responsibilities

- Building custom eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Creating interactions that feel intuitive, not over-engineered
- Using variables, states, triggers and transitions to bring learning to life
- Designing interfaces that are clean, accessible and easy to navigate
- Collaborating with learning designers, consultants, and graphic designers to turn ideas into polished learning products
- Finding clever technical solutions to tricky learning problems

About you

- Experienced in building quality Storyline modules
- Strong technical Storyline capability with knowledge of triggers, variables, states and transitions
- Good eye for design with understanding of layout,



hierarchy and visual consistency
- Understanding of user experience and learner behaviour
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Ability to think about when to keep things simple and when an interaction genuinely adds value
- Portfolio of work you're proud of demonstrating your approach to learning and design
