Senior People & Culture Partner

This is a broad, hands-on role combining business partnering, employee lifecycle management and the delivery of key People & Culture initiatives.

What you'll be doing

- Partner with managers and senior leaders across a broad range of people matters
- Independently manage performance, employee relations and more complex employee matters
- Provide practical advice and recommendations when situations aren't always clear-cut
- Influence and challenge stakeholders, and drive matters through to resolution
- Improve processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Streamline performance management and recruitment processes
- Lead P&C; projects and build scalable, consistent ways of working
- Support the selection and implementation of a new HRIS
- Review and strengthen policies, compliance and governance

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced P&C; generalist who can hit the ground running across a broad range of people matters.
You'll be comfortable independently advising senior leaders, navigating complex employee matters and making recommendations when the answer isn't always clear-cut.
Just as importantly,



you'll take ownership - forming your own view, recommending an approach and driving it through to an outcome, even when there is resistance or a lack of follow-through.

You'll bring:

- Broad generalist People & Culture experience
- Experience independently managing complex employee relations and performance matters
- Strong experience partnering with and advising senior leaders
- Confidence constructively challenging stakeholders and influencing outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Sound judgement when navigating ambiguous or less clear-cut people matters
- A track record of taking ownership and driving things through to resolution
- Experience improving P&C; processes and ways of working
- Comfort working in a growing environment where processes are still evolving
