Coast Marine Covers is a Gold Coast marine trimming business based at The Boat Works, Coomera. We specialise in custom marine covers, flybridge clears, upholstery, carpets, linings and stainless steel framework for private boat owners across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW working on everything from family runabouts to superyachts.

We're a small, close-knit team with real trade depth, and we're looking for an experienced upholsterer to join us immediately, full-time.

About the role

You'll be working hands-on across a wide variety of upholstery and soft-furnishing jobs from full interior re-trims to custom seating and cushion work for boats moored at one of the Gold Coast's busiest marine precincts. Every job is different, and you'll have autonomy to bring your trade skills to a genuinely varied workload.

What you'll bring

- Proven experience as an upholsterer (marine, automotive, furniture or commercial - we're open to background, as long as the skills transfer)





- Strong pattern-making and sewing skills, and confidence working with vinyl, marine-grade canvas, foam and leather

- A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing quality, client-ready work

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team

- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
