GenusPlus Group is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on the Clean Energy Link North project at Regans Ford.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major renewable energy infrastructure project supporting Western Australia’s transition to a more connected and sustainable energy network.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising electrical construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements, drawings, specifications and quality standards.
You will play a key role in leading electrical crews, coordinating resources and working closely with the project team to ensure construction activities remain on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on site
- Lead and support electrical crews, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Coordinate daily work activities, resources, plant and materials
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Monitor work progress against project schedules and construction programs
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with relevant standards, procedures and specifications
- Conduct pre starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
- Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and other site personnel
- Ensure quality requirements and project documentation are maintained
- Promote a strong safety culture across the site
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues and resource requirements

About You
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who can confidently lead a team in a major infrastructure or construction environment.

You will ideally have:

- Electrical trade qualification
- Current WA Electrical Licence




- Previous experience supervising electrical construction works
- Experience working on large infrastructure, transmission, power or renewable energy projects
- Strong understanding of electrical construction practices and safety requirements
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and manage changing priorities
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors and clients

Experience within transmission, substations, renewable energy or high voltage environments will be highly regarded.
