Location: Peppermint Grove, WA
Pay: $34 per hour + super
Roster: School terms only

Shifts:

- Thursday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 2:30pm
- Alternate Wednesdays: 7:00am - 2:00pm

Cater Care is looking for an experienced Barista who enjoys great coffee, quality service and working as part of a team.

Based at a private girls’ school in Perth, you’ll work across two café outlets, preparing coffee and beverages, serving customers and supporting daily hospitality operations.

The role offers consistent school-term hours in a friendly and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Assist with food preparation, recess and lunch service, and café operations
- Support functions and conference catering across campus
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times





About You

- Qualified Barista with previous experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
- Passionate about coffee, food and delivering great customer service
- Confident supporting café service, food preparation and kitchen operations
- Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who works well under pressure
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene, with a focus on quality and service
