Atura Oran Park will bring a fresh, urban lifestyle experience to the heart of Southwestern Sydney. With the hotel opening soon, we are searching for a talented sous chef that can lead the Japanese inspired restaurant offering at Atura Oran Park. If you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and the knowledge to go with it, we want to hear from you. Think casual dining street food pulling inspiration from Tokyo’s high energy dining seen.

What You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in Japanese restaurants as a senior chef is ideal
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques including tempura, Izakya and robata.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen, keeping cool under pressure while delivering excellence.
- Experience training, developing and coaching staff.
- Obsessed with detail—from the perfect cut to flawless plating.
- Committed to top-tier hygiene and food safety, because quality starts behind the scenes.
- A natural team player,



communicating clearly to keep the kitchen running like clockwork.
- Ready to anticipate guest needs and deliver an unforgettable experience every time.
- Skilled at managing stock and ordering smart, so the kitchen is always prepped and ready.
