A well-established ASX-listed company is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to strengthen its in-house legal function. With substantial operations throughout Australia, the company remains focused on driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

About the Opportunity

Working closely with the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide practical legal support across a broad range of business matters. This highly visible role offers significant stakeholder interaction and exposure across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, procurement and construction contracts, improving contract processes and templates, assisting with mining access agreements and other third-party arrangements, and supporting corporate governance and ASX-related matters.

About You

We would like to speak with corporate, commercial, project and front-end construction lawyers, that have gained experience from top/mid-tier firms, leading boutique firms or in-house.

You will be someone that enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical commercial outcomes. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, and you can provide clear, pragmatic advice while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
