About the role

The Project Co-ordinator role is to support the Project Manager and the project team in the Asia Pacific projects for relevant management project documentation, logistic management and sub-contractor management.

Key responsibilities

- Co-ordinating with Saft procurement, production, logistics and customer service functions to ensure deliverables fulfil project demand

- Managing project document control about project progress, logistics, scope management, milestone application and payment requests

- Managing relevant spares, materials purchasing and storage to ensure project execution

- Placing orders in the ERP system, following up on order progress and monitoring the risk of late deliveries on the oval project

About you

- 5 year plus experience in international Project management or similar administration role

- High level MS office skills especially around Excel and the pivot function

- Knowledge of international trade techniques

- Fluent in English
