HR Driver - Waste & Resource Recovery | Immediate Start

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused HR Drivers to join a well-established waste and resource recovery operation based in Morningside, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent hours and competitive pay.

What's on Offer?

- $40.83 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Occasional Saturday work (7:00am - 11:00am)
- Supportive team environment
- Morningside-based role with immediate start available

The Role

You will be responsible for operating a range of heavy vehicles, including:

- Hook Lift Trucks
- Rear Lift Collection Vehicles
- Pantech Trucks

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating vehicles and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections, maintenance, and safety checks
- Maintaining a high standard of vehicle presentation
- Completing assigned collection and transport tasks efficiently




- Adhering to all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current HR Licence (minimum requirement)
- Solid commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and excellent work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service focus

Desirable Experience

Highly regarded experience includes:

- Operating Hook Lift vehicles
- Waste industry or resource recovery experience
- Commercial driving in industrial or construction environments

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to complete:

- Pass Police Check, Drug-Alcohol Screening and Driver History Report
- Relevant WH&S; induction/training prior to commencement
