Your current role
As a Loan Processing Officer, you will play a key role in supporting brokers and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the home loan journey. This is a fast-paced and diverse position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to a broad range of lending scenarios and stakeholders.
You will work closely with brokers, clients, lenders and external partners to help drive applications through the process efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.

In this role, you will:

- Support residential home loan applications from submission through to settlement
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders




- Manage application documentation and ensure information is accurate and complete
- Monitor loan pipelines and assist in progressing applications
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the broking team
- Deliver a high level of service to clients throughout the lending process
- Build a strong understanding of residential lending and mortgage broking operations

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, lending support or financial services
- Knowledge of mortgage broking software, loan origination and aggregator platforms is highly regarded
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
